CLEARWATER HOTEL
70 room hotel designed in three blocks to minimise the impact on the local environment, with penthouses on the top storey to maximise the financial returns of the developer.
The material palette was kept very natural to compliment the natural lakeside setting, utilising weathered copper & cedar, and painted plaster. The room design was based on one bedroom 'all-suite' apartments, with additional fold down beds and workstations for business people. |
